Dermagran B Hydrophilic dressings provide either a primary cover or filler for chronic and acute wounds. These wound dressings Use for the management of pressure ulcers (Stages II-IV), tissue trauma, surgical incisions, partial thickness thermal burns, diabetic and venous stasis ulcers.
